Trips in Arabia

After living overseas for nearly 10 years, I moved back to the Middle East (Abu Dhabi) in 2008 where my journey to discover the hidden jewels of Arabia began. I started to explore Oman while I was living in the UAE and I loved that part of the peninsula so much that I made the decision to move my family and live there in 2012.

This is where this initiative transformed from an idea into a reality. I realized that the best thing I can do for the people of this region is to introduce them to the beauty of our own home land. The Oman trips consist of a variety of adventurous hikes around the Western and Eastern Hajjar mountain range.

After a few days of hiking, climbing and caving in Southern Oman, we decided to take a day off... Song: "Mountain Sound" by Of Monsters and Men

These trips take you back millions of years through the history of this part of the world. With rugged and exposed rocks and hardly any vegetation, the history of Earth is like an open book. The trips vary from moderate Wadi hikes to advanced limestone caving. You have to have some level of endurance to participate, but if you haven’t gone to the gym for a while, do not worry, every once in a while we do an introductory trip for those who want to sleep under the magical stars without needing a high level of endurance to get there.

We guide a trip every weekend to one of these magical locations. Details on each trip can be found on the following pages
