1. Eligibility:

1.1 The Campaign is open to all Volvo customers who meet the following criteria: - The driver must be at least 18 years old or above.
- Must be a legal resident of Kuwait.
- Must own a Volvo vehicle that is registered and insured.

- Must have a valid driver's license.

2. How to Participate:

2.1 To participate in the Campaign, eligible participants must follow the instructions provided by BNK Automotive, which may include but are not limited to:

- Registering for the Campaign on the official website provided by Tour partner, Husaak.
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration. (ID, driver’s license, car’s registration book)

- Agreeing to comply with these Terms and any additional rules or guidelines provided by BNK Automotive.

3. Campaign Details:

3.1 The Campaign will involve a road trip organized by Husaak where selected participants will have the opportunity to experience their Volvo vehicles in a designated route or destination.

3.2 All participants must attend the brief session which will be conducted by BNK Automotive at the Volvo studio regarding the complete road trip, including the route, duration, and destination prior to the trip.

4. Selection Process:

4.1 Participants will be selected based on various criteria determined by the BNK Automotive team, which may include but are not limited to:

- Completeness and accuracy of the registration information.
- Compliance with these Terms and any additional rules or guidelines provided by Volvo. - Availability and suitability for the road trip.

4.2 The selection process will be conducted by the BNK Automotive team, and their decision will be final and binding.

5. Participant Obligations:

5.1 Selected participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the road trip.

5.2 Participants are responsible for maintaining their Volvo vehicles in good working condition before the road trip, including necessary maintenance, repairs, and insurance coverage.

5.3 Participants must follow all instructions, guidelines, and safety measures provided by Husaak during the road trip.

5.4 Participants must behave responsibly and respectfully towards other participants, Volvo & Husaak staff, and any third parties encountered during the road trip.

6. Liability:

6.1 BNK Automotive shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants during the Campaign or as a result of participating in the road trip.

6.2 Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the road trip and agree to release BNK Automotive from any liability arising from their participation.

6.3 Participants are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage for the duration of the road trip.

6.3 BNK Automotive will be responsible for bringing a safety technician on the road trip.

7. Termination or Modification by BNK Automotive:

7.1 If any changes occur where BNK Automotive must cancel the trip and campaign, all participants will be refunded.

7.2 BNK Automotive may disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior during the Campaign.
