Oman is back- and this time with your favorite Husaakers
Husaak is almost 10 years old! What started off as a dream almost a decade ago (feels like yesterday) has made Husaak the pioneer of adventure tourism in the Gulf, attracting adventurers and tourists from across the globe.
It all began in 2012 with one man’s dream to position Oman as an adventure destination. Ali Khalil Husain, now more commonly known as Ali Husaak started off posting pictures of his adventures on his Instagram account. The right mix of work, play and curiosity led him to getting outdoors more regularly, and this was the beginning of an entire industry coming to life. Before he knew it, the enthusiastic youngsters of Arabia were jet setting to Oman, trusting Ali with their time, money and lives ready to go off the beaten path. We started off as a strangers but quickly grew into a close knit group of like-minded individuals with a shared a passion for travel and adventure.
At that moment it felt like we were stuck in a never-ending dark tunnel, but the immensely supportive Husaak community rallied around to keep us going. We have learnt many important lessons from these tough times, and that has only made us grateful for all that we have . As we kick off operations in full swing, we look forward to seeing what the future has in store for us.
While many of you may have explored parts of the GCC or the world with these guides, for some of you they may be strangers. However, this is just the beginning of a great adventure and an even greater friendship. Take it from us!

Years passed by and as we saw each other through the ups and downs of life, we didn’t even realise as we turned into family. During this time we shared many adventurers, made tonnes of memories and excitedly planned our future travels. When the pandemic hit, our lives changed overnight and our livelihood and happiness that depended on travel and adventure took a severe hit.
Now, we are ready to bring you back, with people you trust, love and probably miss!
We truly appreciate all of the people who have helped build Husaak over the last 10 years, supported us through our tough times, and smiled through it all, and the next 3 months are dedicated to these amazing individuals.
