THE ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrive in Riyadh and check-in at the hotel to relax after your international flight. This evening the group will meet at 6 pm in the lobby, set off for an evening sightseeing in the capital. Explore the historical Al-Masmak Fortress district and enjoy an evening walk in Souq Al Zal before sampling some local Saudi Cusine in Najd Village.
Day 2: Riyadh - Edge of the World and Dir'iyya
Morning departure for the Edge of the World, spend the day exploring the scenic site complete with picnic lunch. Return to Riyadh in the late afternoon. This evening is dedicated to Dir'iyya, the ancient capital of the first Saudi kingdom, the group will enjoy dinner at a local farm with a local family, tuck into home cooked food. Tonight the group will visit Turaif District, a World UNESCO heritage site.
Day 3: Alula / Hegra
This morning you will check out and transfer to Riyadh Airport to catch your flight to AlUla. The group will visit their accommodation, enjoy lunch and drop their bags before visiting World UNESCO site Hegra. This evening the group will enjoy dinner at a Fatimah's Table AlUla Old town, browse the artisan shops and buy souvenirs. Visit the famous Dates Palm Swings before returning to your hotel.
Day 4: Alula / Jabal Ikmah, Rainbow rock, Elephant rock.
After breakfast join the Jabal Ikmah & Dadan Tour before transferring to Husaak’s Adventure hub. Enjoy a workshop, choose from clay, painting or Arabian Aroma’s. After lunch on the farm, the group will visit Rainbow rock for sunset and then return to AlUla to have dinner within Salt Restaurant.
Day 5: Alula / Maraya and Harrat
Grab an early breakfast and then travel to the Madakel area to enjoy the leisurely Madakhel Garden Hike. Return to hotel, fresh up and have lunch within the resort before your afternoon visit to Maraya Concert Hall. The group will visit Harrat viewpoint at sunset and then enjoy local AlUla cuisine in Heritage Garden.
Day 6: Alula / Habitas
Breakfast in the resort and transfer to Habitas, day pass to relax and use the facilities. This evening transfer to Gharameel for stargazing session & dinner.
Day 7: Riyadh
All good things must come to an end, the group will have breakfast and check out. Visit the AlUla Oasis and enjoy lunch in Pink Camel before transferring to AlUla Airport to catch your flight to Riyadh. Tonight the group will enjoy dinner in Boulvard City
Day 8: Airport drop-off for your departure.
